You can bring one shopping bag of goods bought in the duty-free shops onto the aircraft. It is vital that the products are placed in a bag by staff working in the duty-free shops. Products bought in the stores are sold in specially sealed, transparent plastic bags. Shop employees will place the receipt or receipts for the sold goods into the bag so that the details (purchase date and location) can be read from the outside without opening the bag. The transparent shopping bags will be sealed by staff in the shop and should under no circumstances be opened by the passenger until the final destination of their flight.

You can obtain information about your flight from the airport screens and announcements, from staff working at the airport and from emails and SMS messages sent to you by us.

Each piece of hand baggage must not exceed the dimensions 20 cm x 40 cm x 55 cm or weigh over 8 kg.

You need to be ready at the boarding gate written on your boarding card, and at the specified time, so that you have plenty of time to settle into the aircraft and store your hand baggage, enabling the flight to take off on time. If you have not arrived at the boarding gate 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time, you run the risk of missing the plane due to ground and terminal rules. To ensure a safe flight and timely departure, each person can only bring one piece of hand baggage, weighing no more than 8 kg, onto the aircraft.
