The free ticket cannot be used on the following dates;

o 18 January 2019 - 22 January 2019
o 25 January 2019 - 27 January 2019
o 31 January 2019 - 4 February 2019

Eligible Flight Routes:
-Tickets purchased for internal flights in Turkey or North Cyprus will be given an offer code valid for internal flights in Turkey.
-Tickets purchased for international flights will be given an offer code valid for internal flights in Turkey, North Cyprus and international flights.

For one-way or return flights, each person included in the PNR will be given a separate offer code.
In the case of connecting flights, an offer code will only be given for one of the two flight legs. For example, the purchase of an Adana-Istanbul-Paris flight ticket will result in an offer code for one international flight.
From 9-13 July offer codes will be sent to the email address given in the contact information provided when purchasing the ticket.
Guests who do not receive their offer code due to incorrectly entered email addresses will not be sent a replacement offer code.

Offer available for tickets for children over two.

The right to the free (complimentary) ticket will be forfeited should the main ticket that resulted in this right be cancelled. If the main ticket is cancelled, the right to a free ticket will be cancelled.

Offer codes for free tickets are for individual use only, and should they be used, sold or shared for profit, the offer codes will be cancelled and legal proceedings instigated.

For any cancellations, refunds and changes the rules of the applicable fare class will apply

Check-in fees are included in the announced fare.

To issue a free ticket;
The offer code may be used when booking a ticket on www.flypgs.com or the Pegasus Mobile app.
The offer code can be used for one-way, direct flights from 1 November 2018 - 30 March 2019.
You must make the booking for your free ticket at least 14 days before your preferred date of departure. The last date on which the offer code can be used to book a ticket is 15 March 2019.
If more than one person is included on the PNR when issuing a ticket with an offer code, the discount will only be applied to one person.
In order to issue a ticket with the offer code, the PNR must be for a one-way flight. If you select return or connecting flights, when you reach the payment page, you will not see the offer code entry box.
The offer code can be used to purchase a Basic Package. Any additional services (such as assigned seating, food, additional baggage) and packages to be added will be charged separately.
Offer codes can be used from the day they are sent out. Each offer code can be used once only.
Free tickets cannot be cancelled, returned or changed.
The free ticket offer code can be used via www.flypgs.com or the Pegasus mobile app to book tickets for passengers over the age of 12. Ticketing for children aged 2-12 using an offer code must be booked through our Call Centre on 0888 228 12 12.

When the booking is made according to these rules, at the payment stage;
Click on the appropriate option from the following two text boxes in the campaign tab;
- If you were given the free ticket for a flight on an international route;
Select the option “Enter the Offer Code Received for an International Flight Under the 1+1 Campaign”,
- If you were given the free ticket for a flight on an internal route in Turkey or to North Cyprus;
Select the option “Enter the Offer Code Received for a Domestic or North Cyprus Flight Under the 1+1 Campaign.” CHECK

Once you have entered your offer code in the box, click on the “Apply” button and the total amount due will be updated to read “0 TRY”.

After ticking the “Free Sale” box, click on the “Buy Now” button to compete your booking.
This campaign cannot be combined with other points or discount offers.
