●        Pegasus Flex allows you to amend or cancel your ticket without paying a penalty fee. The Transportation Fare is composed of (a) Base Fare, (b) Fuel Surcharge, (c) Airport Taxes, (d) Check-in Fee and (e) Service Fee. In this context, each fee difference(s) between the said price components in the Transportation Fee of the new Scheduled Flight and the former Scheduled Flight will be charged to the Passenger. As the product allows Ticket changes without penalty, if you change your Ticket and the total Transportation Fare for the new Scheduled Flight is lower than the total Transportation Fare for the initial Scheduled Flight, the price difference will not be refunded. 

●        Who can avail of the offer? The offer is valid for BolBol Youth members who are citizens of Turkey and aged between 12 and 24. To become a BolBol Youth member, you must apply for membership on the BolBol Youth page in Membership Settings. Successful applicants will be registered as BolBol Youth members and receive an email notification.

●        If there is more than one BolBol Youth member booked under the same PNR number, the offer will only apply to the booking of the BolBol Youth member whose membership information (mobile number) is registered.
