Passengers who buy their tickets from flypgs.com or our mobile app, can make changes at flypgs.com by selecting the 'Change contact details' option listed under Manage My Booking or by calling our call centre on 0 888 228 12 12.

Names on tickets cannot be changed and they cannot be transferred to another person.

Customers who bought their ticket from flypgs.com can easily access their flight details and make changes on the website by entering their reservation number (PNR) and surname in the Manage My Booking section on the home page of the website. Customers who bought their tickets from the call centre or an agent need to contact our call centre on 0888 228 12 12 in order to make any changes.
