Pegasus fare levels are optimised according to demand. With our Buy Early, Pay Less policy, tickets bought early have lower prices, which rise in line with demand. Different fare rules may be applied according to the fare level of the reservation; more restrictive rules are applied for promotional prices.

Pegasus passengers are offered additional services in line with their needs, flying preferences and different package choices, for example, seat selection, food options, extra baggage, Pegasus Flex, car parking, airport transfer, hotel reservation, vehicle hire, easy visa, tours and activities. A Low Cost Carrier airline offers the most economical airfares to passengers. Additional services are charged according to demand. The cost of additional services can vary depending on which sales channel is used to purchase them, as well as according to flight destinations and how much in advance of the flight the service is requested. Ticket prices include airport taxes, fuel surcharges, service and check-in fees.

• Airport tax is a tax paid to the airport by each airline for every passenger who uses the airport
• Fuel surcharges are added to the ticket price to make up for the constant changes in the price of fuel price, which is the biggest item of expenditure for airlines. The amount charged may vary from one airline to another. This variation is due to the fuel agreements in place at different airlines.

This is a processing fee charged by all Pegasus sales outlets (agents, website, call centre, sales offices, mobile app). In accordance with the code of practice, the charge is deducted when you buy your ticket and is not related to where you check-in. Furthermore, when Pegasus Plus members check in online at airports which allow online check-in, this fee is credited to them in the form of FlightPoints.

The service fee varies according to where you bought your ticket (website/mobile app, agent, station, call centre etc.) This application of a service fee is in agreement with the Turkey Travel Agencies Association.
